I'm after a bit of stuff but most of them are big items. I still need a burn 12" on colour and I think that's a reasonable trade. If you have a trade list then please hit me up and we'll try and figure something out. Cheers.

Got a spare for trade. It's from the London show this Sunday just gone. Just 300 made and each one is stamped and numbered inside the sleeve. Really nice item. Will trade.

Together 7" on yellow vinylThese very rarely pop up for sale. US only, but I wouldn't be surprised if this would sell for around $1500. Who won this then? I tapped out after $1250. Looks like I never stood a chance.

I have actually seen the red one go for more than the purple in the past. As Rune said they were much more limited and highly sought after now.

its the ultimate compliment, a level that very few can achieve. its the one percent of 1% that belong to that elusive club. ha ha! hilarious and very true. these newer hipsters think they are record nerds when they really have a LONG way to go... :-) Haha so true, owning a RSD pressing of a David Bowie LP does not make you a true vinyl nerd.

I don't know any collectors in this town/city that I dwell in so its safe to say that there's only one Chung king that resides here. In fact there is only 5 reported in the UK.

I've still got the YOT/Bold-split CD, it sounds pretty crappy so I'm guessing it's the first release. On a similar note although not on Rev I have Uniform choice screaming for change CD that came out in the 80's. That sounds rubbish too.

I know someone who has an orange vinyl with a batman stamped sleeve so it wasn't just the yellow vinyl. I've no idea how many though. I bet even Jordan doesn't know.

They don't even look that good. Spend your money on vinyl instead.

Got 6 of those including CK. I'm hoping that number will go up soon as I have a couple of things in the pipeline.

Man, The Straight Edge is still so cool. I'm not saying it isn't but after breaking my edge I could never label myself sxe again. It just wouldn't be right and to be honest when I was straight edge I didn't really make a big deal of it. I didn't wear big X's or anything. It was just a personal choice. Having experienced the dark side of drinking since then its a personal choice again today. One I'm so glad that I made.

I labelled myself edge when I was younger but then I lapsed and started boozing again and other stuff. A few years ago I decided to go sober not because of sXe music (which i've always loved) but because it wasn't doing me any good especially mentally as I suffer badly from depression. I would never call myself Straight edge again but I'm proud to be tee total. And like Regan I went veggie and then vegan a long time ago and that's always been more important to me than being sXe.

Well Marcus someone had just started a thread about that article on there. As you said it seemed to be more about jealousy than anything. Facebook groups were in discussion about it too. One twit even said whoever bought it must have been a hipster. That made me giggle.

Thanks Chris. I don't regret it at all. Maybe if I'd taken a loan and was living on the breadline but as I said I've got some savings in the bank and they're there to spend every now and again. Was amusing on the sorry state forum as some guy said that whoever spent that much on a record was a waste of oxygen. I'd definitely trade for his life if all he's got to worry about is how someone else spends their hard earned money.

Yeah, six grand is the going rate. Its not like you're going to find one cheap on a flea market. I own one, quest over. That's all that counts.

www.factmag.com/2015/05/15/judge-chung-king-can-suck-it-most-expensive-discogs-purchase/Yeah so it was me. I had the cash. I can't see why everyone is getting so worked up over it. The next time one of these chumps takes a expensive holiday maybe I should lecture them about how they spend their money. It is an insane amount to pay but damnit it's a CK. This is what seperates the men from the boys with serious record collecting. The odd thing about getting it is that it feels like a huge weight off my shoulders. I don't feel compelled as much to buy records anymore. Of course I still have some major wants but overall I feel I've finally put the brakes on this record collecting mallarkey.
