I will try to take some pictures of the TP/NE split to point out the color difference, I can't seem to find the info about the difference in sleeves anymore. It was either at the React! board or the Livewire board.
I will take a look at my copies of Words To Live For, I am pretty sure my red copy has a glossy sleeve. I gave it a spin during the weekend.

I like that RATM release but it is so weird. I was too late at the party when this came out, but somehow the amount of copies on red only seems to show up once maybe twice a year.

I voted the old record thing, since I almost no clue what half of these matrix messages are from.

TP/NE split: I found it a bit weird that there was a distinct difference between the two different labels. It applied to both the gold and black vinyl copies. I also think somebody else noticed this before too. So I doubt it is sun related. TP LP: www.lucabrasidesign.com/?q=node/5NA 4 Turning Point – it’s always darkest LP ? test presses, black vinyl 1st press 500 clear vinyl, dark blue stripe on cover (looks almost complete black), tan labels, blue hand on lyric sheet size 12" by 12" 1st press 900 black vinyl, dark blue stripe on cover (looks almost complete black), tan labels, blue hand on lyric sheet size 12" by 12" 2nd press ? black vinyl, slighlty lighter cover, dark blue stripe on cover, different type of cardboard, white labels, blue hand on lyric sheet size 12" by 12" 3rd press ? black vinyl, slighlty lighter cover, dark blue stripe on cover, different type of cardboard, white labels, red hand on lyric sheet size 12" by 12" 4th press ? black vinyl, bright blue stripe on cover, white labels, red hand on lyric sheet size 12" by 12" 5th press ? black vinyl, bright blue stripe on cover, tan labels, letter size lyric sheet in black and white Any Minor Threat boots up for sale?

Awesome post!
Did you notice the cover of the split 7" with yellow labels is much lighter compared to the cover of the split 7" with the blue labels.
I think there are 5 "pressings" of the LP.
Missing the info on the demo 7".
I really hate I missed out on the 2nd test press of the Discography double LP.

My main goal was too point out; general speaking people tent to pay higher prices for Misfits vinyl compared to Judge vinyl.
My secondary goal was to make a joke about this discussion and too highlight I much rather have Minor Threat vinyl.

Come on an 4K record over an 10K record, I prefer the 10K so I can get more Minor Threat records. ;-)

I would take a Misfits - Horror Business on black over a Chung King anyday. I still find it hard to listen to Chung King, the way it was produced sucks so bad.

Haha okay, I am so confused on how is how on IG.
I got a bunch of stuff this weekend waiting for me at my parents. I am probably the last one on this planet to receive my Chain Of Strength order. Six months after ordering. Feels like the 80's/90's. ;-) At least I got two free posters.

The only thing worth posting would be my Double Negative - Raw Energy EP 7" with some drawings by Brian Walsby on the innersleeve (Brian Walsby drew the Walk Together, Rock Together sleeve)

My band opened for the first Champion/The Promise show in Europe, I went to see them a few times more during that tour and following tours.
The last Promise show in Europe, was in that exact venue on their second tour.

I will try to dig up a picture I took a while ago of most of them. I dont have them grouped together at the moment, so no chance on making a new picture.

I think there might be some test presses missing. But I am not a Have Heart collector. I remember a Finnish guy being pretty close to a complete collection.

Dobek is always on top with his discography pages. Still looking forward to the YOT bootlegs entry. Also his Champion demo tape collection is lacking a bit.

I hate the new REV policy on one copy per order. A 7" is close 15 euro's now including shipping. I used to order a together with some friends to save on shipping.
But it became quite a hassle nowadays despite REV is willing to cooperate. Doing seperate orders and grouping them together.
