Ordered them, I am okay with paying 13 or 14 dollars for a record. I remember when they used to be 10, maybe sometimes 11. But I understand those prices, but seeing I need to pay another 57 dollars to ship them makes it a bit sad.

From the photo's on B9 it looks like they've done a good job. Thankfully no signs of splatter vinyl. My total came to $119.10. So it's basically 24 bucks each inc postage, which aint too bad. Looking forward to checking out the 3rd mix.

what is the difference between the 2 airmail options, "internatinal first class" and "international priority" ? I went for the cheaper one, hopefully it's not going to take ages to arrive.... speaking of Champion, still love this band and consider PK a masterpiece, mandatory in the collection of any hc/sxe fan. I've noticed that the prices of their rarities have dropped alot lately, a Champion/Betrayed split 7" test press, out of 13, recently only went for 66$ ... a few years ago it would have taken double the price to get it ! what's good is that this is going to make their stuff more accessible to the kids who care.

I never noticed that much difference in shipping times. So paying extra for it, seems useless to me.

Priority is supposed to be faster and has track & trace. But, when I order from B9 (and being from Europe) I always choose First Class and it always ships pretty fast. First Class mail usually flies through customs pretty easily, Although Priority, EMS and all other kinds of express shipping should be faster it is my experience that these packages can take a longer time to arrive, because they often attract the attention of customs employees and can be held back for days to check them out for possible duties and taxes to be paid. That's why I always prefer First Class with low values written down on the customs slip.

I ordered the 2 PK LP's only, and shipping was ok ($21). I'm not too stoked on the 2 7" ep's , so I passed on the new LP. I had one in the basket at first, but shipping went up to $58, which is ridiculous.

I love Champion, love PK and also looking forward too seeing the LP's repressed in a gatefold jacket.
International First Class shipping for the 2 lps was $21.05 to Australia. So for the 2 LP's it was close to $50 delivered which I don't mind.

Looking forward to checking out the 3rd mix. couldn't agree more, the colorways they went for with the simplicity of the labels is more dynamic and appealing. i think some people get way to carried away with color pressing, this is way better. i think rev made a mistake with the judge discography lp splatter crap and hopefully never do it again.

I just got the PK cd with the 3rd mix in the mail, I will try to find the differences between this and the 2nd mix. I do need to have the 1st mix in mp3 if anyone has it.

That was pretty quick! Is there anything extra in the cd booklet?

Actually the 3rd mix already came out on cd in 2007/8.
But I didn't buy it until early 2010. I got an email saying it was sold out, it showed up again a few weeks ago, so I am assuming this is new repress of the cd (3rd mix).
I haven't had the time to see any differences in the artwork.

Differences between 2nd mix and 3rd mix cd.
Booklet - 3rd mix, front cover is a bit more blow up and edges are trimmed compared to the 2nd mix. - 3rd mix is printed a bit darker and the silver looks a bit more grey than actual silver compared to the 2nd mix. The lyrics are better readable in 3rd mix booklet. - On the last page of the 3rd mix booklet it now mentions "MASTERED / Nick Zampiello at New Alliance East, Boston, MA
CD: - 3rd mix is printed in a more grey tone compared to the silver of the 2nd mix. - Champion logo looks a bit darker red and bit fatter. - Promises Kept and the Bridge 9 logo are now white and not transparent anymore compared to the 2nd mix.
Finally to be 100% nerdy, my 2nd mix came with a sticker on the seal, my 3rd mix didn't have a sticker.
I am going to compare the recordings right now.
First interesting things I noticed when loading the 3rd mix it into Itunes; Track 1: Promises Kept and Track 3: Next Year are both 1 second longer.
But the the real shockers are Track 6: The Truth and Track 12: Every Word. The Truth is now 3:10 instead of the normal 2:39 and Every Word is now 3:15 instead of the normal 3:11.
Will check out those songs first.

Looks like the fade out for Every Word is a bit longer now. I feel it sounds a bit cleaner now. But I have to use my headphones to make sure it is right.
The Truth has a long silence at the end, I almost start thinking the used the LP master to press the CD. Since they often need extra silence to lead to the end groove of the record. This might be an error made by Bridge 9.
