Sure enough I had ordered an extra copy of MC I saw for cheap, it arrived today, and it has this exact same lyric sheet, too. What do you know?

Mike Judge and Old Smoke on clear for $7.99. Vinyl only. No cover. I hate this record but picked it up as trade bait and for $7.99 even with no cover thought it was a good deal.

Yeah turquoise.
The graphics are fuzzy on the boot. There were couple of other differences I saw as well

Damn. Never heard of this one. I have a regular black version, the white version, and the Euro promo version. All have the inner sleeve lyrics. The Euro version has a different matrix so it's probably not from that pressing but the others have the same matrix you described. I do have the "German fanclub bootleg" version of Slip - it's very close to the original but it has a single sheet lyric insert instead of a printed inner sleeve like the regular versions. I've never heard of Manic Compression being booted but maybe it's that? I doubt a bootleg would be able to match up the matrix but who knows. I think the better guess is it just one of these weird versions not many folks know about - like the green lyric sheet on the Quicksand 7" or the new Shelter lyric sheet someone else mentioned in a different thread. Anyway - definitely post some pics (and tell me what you want for it!)

I have sold several records and shirts in the last couple of months that I knew were still available online in places but that went for crazy money. It's insane. Older, rare, out of print stuff went for peanuts yet shirts I could still pick up at rev hq went for 3-4 times the online price. This is a bit different because the seller may have omitted info about the pressing in an attempt to deceive, but sometimes people get caught up in an auction and hate to lose. At the end of the day, I think it's on the buyer.

yo rory did u see the moondog shirt that tim mcmahon made back in the 90s in school? it was really cool. i got outbid near the end. i regret not dropping more on it. I did. I thought about bidding but then I thought I could probably make my own moondog shirt for a lot less. I think it went pretty high from what I remember.

I collect Quicksand and Walter-related stuff -
I have just about every piece of vinyl that Quicksand put out except for tests (which I really REALLY want). Some original album and t-shirt art, just about every shirt, posters, press kits, stickers, the dine alone tv dinner promo, promo cds, etc...
One of these days I"m going to put it up on my own site. I have posted some of the pics in the pic thread.
I also have a bunch of vinyl from bands Walter sang in - Solo stuff, Walking Concert, Moondog, etc....
[Just got a Texas is The Reason LP on white from Ferry which I think I'm trading for a Walter Schreifels solo LP test press]

Someone needs to list the records with the numbers. I haven't memorized what 1-23 are.

Are you serious that inside out and quicksand are even potentials? Is that a confirmed rumor or just wishful thinking?

Not sure if everyone here saw this post on Livewire but I thought it was worth sharing. The Live Suburbia posted this: "Sam Siegler unearthed this JUDGE artwork created by Bevin Stone (known for the cover art on Leeway’s Born To Expire) circa 1990. The artwork was for a flyer but was vetoed by Sam and Porcell for being too “evil”. Another lost gem from hardcore’s past, enjoy!" livesuburbia.com/post/15620771429/sam-siegler-unearthed-this-judge-artwork-created

Yeah - different label but I think related enough to post about. I don't think the board should be strictly limited to ONLY revelation - bands that were on revelation (and other labels) would be fair game I think and therefore info about those other labels should be relevant, too.
Just my $.02 for what it's worth.

Some shirts instead of vinyl (although not all from Rev but from my favorite Rev band - Quicksand)

That orange warzone went for $568 - well over any previous recent highs on Popsike. I think this board is causing rev collectors to go nuts.

Here's a better picture of trhe Quicksand RSD 7" variation - although the differences looks more pronounced in real life than I could capture on my iPhone. The 4th one I just picked up fits in between the darkest and medium color.

I bought a bunch of sammy's records, too. My recollection was that he sold his copy of Chung and then when a buddy found out how much he got, he agreed to sell his friend's Chung, too.

I emailed the seller - here's what they said:
"We bought out a store/distributor in New York that closed in the '90s and put everything into storage. Sometimes the labels run out of covers before records, and that's what I think happened here. Thanks.

You should buy them all, make a special sleeve, and sell them for $500 each. (No - I don't know the story but it is interesting that they would have over 10 of these without any sleeves...)

I have several carded Empire Strikes Back figures in great shape - stuck in a closet since they were purchased almost 30 years ago. I know these can go for decent bucks, but I was thinking I might trade them for some vinyl if anyone on here collected that stuff. If so, hit me up.
Or curious if folks on here collect other things for which they trade vinyl (e.g., shoes, skateboards, etc...).

Hammer posted some pics on the Livewire forum awhile back. It's very non-exciting. The vault is a broom closet. I tried to find the thread but the photos had expired.
What I want to know is why revelation still holds on to so many of those old releases like Warzone (clear) and COS (clear). I mean, they probably have over h$100k of records there if the rumors are correct. Why not get rid of them?
