I know it's a non Rev question, but i figured this might be a good place to get some information on this record: It's from the last run of represses. The colour is not as green in reality as it seems in the picture, it's more a greyish-green. Anyone know anything about the pressing info? The clear green one is much more common I guess. Thanks for any input.

No these are not from the second press. These are from the recent green re-press from last year. There were some ugly brown/green as part of the press. No idea of the numbers though.

I think after the clear green version, they did a solid green version with a ton of swirls, this must be one of them.

Well, the only other person I've ever heard talking about this version was Marcus Andrews on his blog. He's linked a picture of another record of this colour. Other than that I've never seen one of these around. I thought maybe someone here could shine some light on this record.

I read some message board talk about this. But I cant find it back. I am pretty sure it is more rare than the clear green ones.

I don't think anyone actually knows any detail on the pressing, but this is definitely part of the repress that was done in the last year or two. I know of three people who got one, and there's also some dude on livewire who got two. They all got them from Rev. One dude ordered two copies from Rev and got one clear green and one of these solid, dirty green ones. So I can only speculate that the copies on this color were just mixed in with the clear green copies randomly. I would say that these are definitely rarer just because they pop up less, but I would very much doubt it is a separate pressing. I would guess all part of the same pressing, but for some unknown reason some just came out this color. I still need/want one on the off chance that anyone on here has one & wants to let it go.

I got mine from a German mail-order, but I know that the guy running it gets many of his records via Rev wholesale. So I can only speculate that the copies on this color were just mixed in with the clear green copies randomly. Yeah, that's what I figured, but usually someone on this board knows a little more when it comes to detailed information on records. I still need/want one on the off chance that anyone on here has one & wants to let it go. Well, I'm not that attached to this particular record...

Well, I'm not that attached to this particular record... I'd be happy to try to work out a trade. Check your PMs.

Has anyone ever seen pics of that famous UC pick-up by the Belgian dude consisting of tests, acetates and metal plates of this release? Anything online?

the guy used to make up internet stories all the times, and also pretend to have records that he didn't have. the story of the Wishingwell roadie selling him all the rarities was a fake, so was the story of him travelling to California to pick up a CK test from Jordan, and on and on ...

ive heard that reasoning from a couple people. not a bad thing, just ive seen people like him come and go, but never with that many lies told to so many. i guess its funny thinking back on it. he suckered a ton of people into believing everything he said. on the flipside, he hooked up many others. thats kind of cool.
the one thing that bothers me, is he is the one that made up the pressing numbers on the UC wishingwell colors. people treat it like gospel and its clearly not trustworthy info. like the transition purple, lets face it, those numbers can not be accurately be said. its impossible.

Since there is already a UC thread i figured it's best to use this instead of clogging up the latest pickup thread. @chungking48 i wish i had a pink Screaming for Change! My copy is purple. Your copy is really the most vibrant pink i have seen, the others that i have seen are like chris2far and Kyle's which are a lot more of a light pink. (which i am all really jealous of haha) Here's Kyle's one; Kyle's Uniform Choice recordsAnd here are a couple pics of mine. My purple one seems to be a bit lighter than most purples, but still not a pink.

Nah no first press yet, I'm trying to find one with a poster.
Nico, the black has been constantly repressed. The latest one was after the recent coloured ones. But like all the UC stuff there is no pressing info.
