Is this just a new press of ST with that piece of paper with Japanese text on it? I know thats vague but ive been to japan loads of times and bought records and most of the time thats just something the record stores put in so the Japanese can read what the record, zine ,cassette whatever contains. Is there nothing else to this other than than the paper thing that falls off the side anyway when you take the shrink wrap off? Why is it like $50+? Disk Union "pressings" is impossible to tell unless you have a direct connection with Rev or Disk Union.
when it comes to Dischord releases on Disk Union, I noticed at least 4 different batches/pressings of the Minor Threat s/t LP being used for this. So probably every time it gets repressed (that happens a few times a year) a few boxes are send to Japan and sold as a single press.

Thx Nico. Nonetheless I'm happy that one of them is on its way to my door ;-)

Judging by the stats on discogs (Have 86, Want 137) my guess would be a pressing of around 500.
They don’t pop up much but can be found quite easily. I suspect people buy the regular coloured repressings quicker, and perhaps ignore this one.
I have one, and like it.
