Today I was sorting my records and filling them away. I also decided to listen to some stuff I can even remember the last time I gave it a spin.
One record that really stood out was the AWARE - New Lease On Life LP. Great No Mercy meets Cro-Mags sound.
Anyone else got any of these long forgotten bands and record they dig?

Happens all the time and my collection probably isn‘t nearly as big as the ones owned by the majority of people on this board. I hadn‘t listened to Ignite‘s Call On My Brothers and H2O‘s Faster Than The World in maybe 10 years. Did so recently and I still thoroughly enjoy them. I also listened to Empty Vision‘s The Rise LP (German band on Assault Records / Cobra Records) again some time ago and it doesn’t get more mid 2000s than that.

I just listened to SLAP OF REALITY “three left make a right” LP after many years, and found it as good as it was back in the day... great songwriting, melodic and rocking!

The Swiss band Profax did a couple of brilliant posi-HC 7"s in the early 90's and even appeared on the American compilation 'Give me back' (on Ebullition records-One of the best comps of the decade).

Not really forgotten but the bands that I was really into at some early teen stage, probably around 10 to 15, then neglected for many years and now happily come back to every now and then are the northern Europe's giants:
Svart Framtid | Kafka Prosess | So Much Hate | G-Anx
The zee-Germans: ABC Diabolo
Love Gunnar's vocals, especially in Kafka Prosess. The split with Disorder is brutal.
Other few groups that I recently often go back to after literally DECADES of neglect are Sedition, Disaffect and an entire solo output of Danbert Nobacon...

AWAKE-Beliefs 7" - BRILLIANT! Sadly the only release by this band...
