Help me identify this shirt - SHELTER??

I have no idea what this shirt is. I emailed Cappo about it and he said it was definitely his signature but he couldn't say anything else about this shirt. It's definitely something to do with Krishna so I would see some Shelter connection. If you know, tell me. I want to know.

I've just realised that the creature on the back is holding a leaf of ganja.
That combined with hallucinations and insanity AND signed by Cappo. My head is about to boil.
