Bootleg FP on gold?

So i was looking at the FP on gold registry and someone elses name is listed for one of my copies.  I talked to Brian HYE who told me there was another number that had been booted before also.  Anyone have any info or heard of this before?   FYI - I have #60/88 "Jersey Shore Causin More Trouble",  not sure who Brett Hawley is

So what is bootlegged? The full thing or just the inner sleeve?

I know the handwriting can be a bit difficult to figure out.

Maybe it is as simple as the other person who has #60 actually has 66 but the handwriting isn’t clear?

Theres not really any mistaking this one. The registry even has the quote on there
