That you used to listen to A LOT and then totally stopped and forgot about? I've just realised I've got one of those: The Toy Dolls. There was a moment somewhere there, probably between 6 and 10 years old that I'd say they were one of my favourite groups. I continued to listen to A LOT of Toy Dolls all the way through high school until about 17(?) and then, for reasons unknown just stopped. I've not heard a single Toy Dolls song in some 20+ years and just now for whatever reason Barry The Roofer came up on the youtube suggestions sidebar. Made me feel young for 2 minutes... I've just re-listened few records. It's cheesy but for nostalgia reasons it still holds up, for me at least

Hasn't been 20 years for me, but it's been a long time that I put on any of their records. The lyrics are whatever, but Olga's guitar work is still outstanding.

Went to see the Toy Dolls two months ago, havent seen them since 1998. Would go again in 19 years, it was a fun show.
