Should be the blank b-side label found in the box they had in their European tour.
The insert matches this version. Not sure about the black label though
The red in the cover looks like colored with drawing. I bet it was a regular b/w sleeve.

The red is coloured in.
The insert is the alternative version photocopied, not printed.
It's one of the blank b-sides that were sold/given away on the 1988 BTTW tour.
Could be 3rd, 4th, 5th or whatever pressing. Nobody knows / cares to remember.
What I do know for sure is that this record was pressed in 1988 especially for that particular tour during which RJ and CIV were "the roadies"
