So I was looking at the pressing info of the GB 7" and it says that the 4th and 5th press have the same jackets. But when I look at the pictures the green looks like it's a dark blue (like the 6th press) as well and not the light blue...

It's hard to say. Some sleeve might have been mixed up over the years. Plus when the records were been put together from rev they might have used spare sleeves from a previous press. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has spent time staring at gb sleeves looking for differences.
