I'm just wandering who is/has been able to complete the entire rev collection (Finn apart) With TP, but also without TP, or even just the classic hc sxe collection, seems to be impossible nowadays. I'm trying to track down a few heavy hitters from several years, but often time a good cash offer is not enough, and that's ok. For example if I want to get a GB 102, BOLD pink, WZ white label. how much I would have to offer? $3000? $4000? But, for the same records, how much I would offer for the TP? $8000? $9000? OK, we talk about 3 records.....

100% complete REV collection? Lol That's an easy question to answer: no one. And no one ever will. Kevin Finn is maybe one of the closest but nowhere near 100% complete. Hell, I have records he doesn't. With all the little bits and pieces that we discovered on this board that were unknown during the Finn's finest hour. I don't think it's possible. Not even if you have an annual budget of a small country to spare.

With test presses = no-one
Without test presses = no-one
I don't think there are many people who have a collection anywhere near close to complete. Some dudes on here have good early Rev collections, but not many have EVERY release, multiple test pressings and ALL repress colors of EVERY record. The only two people I can think of who come close are geoff and Ferry. Hell, those guys even have multiple Shai Hulud picture discs!

well, just think how boring it would be to own everything, and not to have anything on your want list... it would kill the pleasure of record hunting! Nothing compares the feeling of scratching something off your want list, something that you've been on the search for ages...!!

Nothing compares the feeling of scratching something off your want list, something that you've been on the search for ages...!! You would just have to start collecting something else. Bottle tops or something.

I can attest that Ferry's collection is the biggest one I have ever seen.

How about Jordan Cooper? Does he collect records? If i would be in his position, i would keep each 2 for myself. At least i guess.

I can attest that Ferry's collection is the biggest one I have ever seen. After that i have sold my Revelation collection since 2013 (that i think was a part of a top 3 worldwide list at that time), i surely think that Ferry is now part of that top 3 list. If he had bought more of my list he could be on number 1 ;-) jeff xXx
