I'm ont trying to collect the rev test pressings (apart from the GB releases), but I would love to have the BDTW, Speak Out and The Way it is test pressings on green vinyl. Has anyone got the set of all 3? im sure someone other than finn has had all three. but i dont know of anyone off hand. another photo of my sbs test that i got off of ryebread who sold it for duane some. take note of the pink insert. ive never seen one before. nothing major, but i like it. same with the stickers. gotta love the sbs stickers.

this record was won off the rev auctions by scotty, and i traded it for it a while back. the cover was made by scotty so i decided to keep it. this is ok, not great like the first himsa 7". that record is very much underrated.

geoff, you have too many test pressings. you should give me some sadly, some of them i dont have anymore. theres so many records that i posted that are in other kick ass collections now. most of these photos are super old now. i wish i had all of them still. isnt that how record collecting works. in fact theres two test pressings in this thread that were mine, but are in other collections now.

False Cathedrals is just so good. excellent tastes. false cathedrals is one of those records that someday i will have the test press for. might take ten or twenty years, but it will happen.

not the best release rev has ever put out, but i more than happy to have any rev test press in my collection. i was lucky enough to be able to buy this off of someone and not have to trade for it. sometimes buying a record like this is so much easier than trading for it.

Geoff did you sell your test's or trade them? Never thought you would split up that Rev collection of ours.

I traded this, but don't remember what I traded it for. So I was being a nerd the other day looking for so pressing info and came across this really old collector's site. www.angelfire.com/ct/teammosh/mygoods.htmlAnd noticed the bold 7" test presses are completely different. Anyone know what the deal is?? Also impove the guys comments about how this is probably the only time you will see the two YOT records together lol.

Geoff did you sell your test's or trade them? Never thought you would split up that Rev collection of ours. And what do you still have in your collection revelation records testpressing wise? And you are correct, that in so many years of collecting so many records are traded or sold just to get a other one that you want more etc. jeff xXx

Multiple sets of test presses? Another set of test press to make sure the stampers were still usable? Test presses because new stampers where made?
Looks like this test press comes with a fourth press sleeve. Dunno what sleeve that other test press has.

(except a 12" test to scotty.) often ive traded for thing i needed to fill some gaps in my rev collection. when i was trading, i was only trading rev for rev. it help keep the trade offers down on my collection because it wasnt going anywhere. records like the elliott test posted, i think might have been mine at one point. i use to trade pretty generously to get a record i wanted. (boy did i regret that trade later on.) the IME looks strangely familiar too. not 100% certain on that. most of my records are still with me, including many of my tests. some of my doubles (including tests) are long gone. but no need to get into the specifics because i dont think i could even remember them. my spreadsheet i had developed is long outdated. heres a test that i got off of rev via ebay. didnt have to pay too much for it, but still was a lot considering i dont anyone who like this record.
