Ok, so in this thread we'll post all the pics of the Rev tests that you have...and some of you (hi Jon! Hi Dan! Hi Emil!) have some serious ones ! I'll post the only 2 I have: the first one is very common, since 50 tests were made for the Genearations comp. to be given to the band members featured in the comp. This copy was owned by the Sinking Ships singer: the second one is for the IN MY EYES "nothing to hide" LP :

A couple of test's that I used to have untill they went to Kyle Whitlows collection. Funny that the BDTW test has done more airmiles that most people do in a life time.

Wat is the story behind this sleeve? Looks sick! its just me messing around. i had a promo poster from the record and cut it down and glued it to a stock dj cover. then i busted out some paint pens and added the "test press" to the bottom part. im sure some would frown on it, but i dont care. i like my records to have sleeve,s so i make them. ive never passed them off as original, and always let people that i have made them myself. ive made a bunch of them, but still have to make more. some are just simple black and white photo copies of the cover. others like this one i photoshop the cover and print out.

Funny fact about that YOT test press, I got it from a uk Collector called Aaron Streets. When he got the record he left it a work benind his desk and also left it at a Supermark once. Amazed that the person in the supermark didn't just bin it. You would think you would be a bit more carful with that record.

i wish there was a great story with that soia, but there isnt. i think that i got this off of ryebread who was selling duanes records on ebay. i think that was 10 or 11 years ago. with most of my rev tests, there arent any fun stories to go with them. its just me searching around and finding who had them for sale, or winning them off of ebay. i think its been 5 or so years since i won one of ebay. the price it just too high now for my cheap self.

Question to Jeff / Geoff or anyone who might know. On my GB sleeve that comes with the test press, the sleeve is thicker and there is no trade list on the inner sleeve. Is yours the same?

Mine is like that too. It has no trade list on the inner side of the sleeve. Are these legit sleeves made by rev or did someone else make them?

I'm ont trying to collect the rev test pressings (apart from the GB releases), but I would love to have the BDTW, Speak Out and The Way it is test pressings on green vinyl.
Has anyone got the set of all 3?
