I have been intrigued by this for ages. I have tried to gather as much info on this variation as possible. All I know is. Jeff Nelson created maybe less than a dozen of these. *Different color schemes of cardboard where inserted behind the clear sleeve to see what colors would look suitable for the runs of the actual presses (Red,Yellow, Green and Blue in the end) *pretty sure that was the story I got. Please correct me if I'm wrong. One copy was sold on eBay in 2009. Another was bought from a record store in Virginia. A possibility that Jeff himself still owns a few copies. Does anybody else have any stories about the clear sleeve ? Anybody on this board own one ?

Copy sold on ebay was a fake one, if I remember correctly. Seller had zero feedback.
Jeff also made a few white sleeves.
Next time I talk to Jeff, I will ask him, if he can cough up some more details.

Buyer would of been pretty upset. It looks like its a different consistency and color plastic on the fake copy. With the white sleeves it's kind of a surprising that not a lot of bootlegs have surfaced. But I guess it is a slightly over sized sleeve and its not just paper or plastic, it would take some more effort.

I'm pretty sure its 2 pieces of 7.25" x 7.25" acetate with the image printed or photocopied on to it. The differences between the two are obvious in the image quality, the original has a lot more detail in the halftones and the corner of the wall is a lot more defined, whereas on the fake one it's barely visible.
