I really do. I also realize that this is one of them marmite bands. People are either really into them or despise them. There's no space for middle ground there. I am definitely in the "like" camp
Now, A very very very long while ago I had a CD that said: Into Another Sould Control on the home made cover. Yes, THAT CD. The unreleased one. I listened to it once and after the last song ended I made a vow to myself to never ever repeat that horrible experiment. That CD very nearly nearly ruined Into Another for me.
Years have gone by (very many of them) and I found myself wondering today wether I wasn't too hasty with classifying said recording in the "unlistenable disgrace" category...
Since I could no longer locate said CD amongst my belongings I turned to the google/mediafire search and in less than 3 minutes I was rockin the tunes. I've gone through 11 tracks so far (there are 14 in total) and I feel worse than Christopher Hitchens when they waterboarded him.
This record is right up the with Bad Religion's Into the Unknown haha. So so so bad...

I've just gone through the whole thing. Tracks 12, 13 and 14 are actually good but I have just realized that they are rejected tracks off the Seemless LP so there. The rest of it: 1-11 I really wish I could erase from my memory

The rest of it: 1-11 I really wish I could erase from my memory Man, you're so right! I've heard these tracks about 1 year ago and I had the same feelings! Awesome band - but this finale (farewell or what ever) is that fuckin' worse (thank god it's still unreleased)!

Probably the only time I ever went out of my way to get a CD was when this came out. Not that it came out of course. But someone who worked at Rev back then had a CD of it, and not the german bootlet that was selling for $100 back then. So I traded a color vinyl Saves The Day LP for it (I think).
It's definitely a weird one. Sounds like electronica but isnt. It's not that great, although I would say that the last song is actually really, really good.
It does sound like you have some weird version of it though if you have 'Seemless' outtakes tagged onto the end. I don't think there are 14 songs on my CD... although i am not in a position to check right now. But I think the song I am talking about is called 'Ether'.
(Also, just so you know, I like 'Into The Unknown')
