Want to get one, don't know if I will though. Nice they are being sold on-line too, not going to wrestle people if there's a huge mash @ the merch table.

Best thing about this version is the box. Looks great.

I also like how they tied in the silver anniversary and the Tiffany & Co "Blue Box". Keep it classy... Attachments:

I have confesion to make..... I won both of those auctions!
The white version is a prototype, guess its the equivalent of the test pressing.
The yellow unpainted version, was a version that was given to each of the band memebers and the 3 or 4 people that work at s7. And then one was given away as a raffle prize at the super 7 toy shop.
These are all the versions that I am aware of:
Gorilla Biscuits - prototype- White
Gorilla Biscuits - 1st press - Clear Gorilla Biscuits - 1st press - Black Gorilla Biscuits - 1st press - Reg
Gorilla Biscuits - 2nd press - Solid yellow Gorilla Biscuits - 2nd press - Reg Yellow
Gorilla Biscuits - 3rd press - Red
Gorilla Biscuits - 4th press - Green
Gorilla Biscuits - 5th press Silver
I'm looking forward to the Silver version of the GB toy. Hopefully I will be able to pick on up. This will take the tally up to 9 versions. I really hope that they don't keep on making more.

There is some solid metal one, I remember seeing a pic of it on b9, apparently some dude from super 7 has it on his desk if I remember correctly.

I'm trying to find out the info on that metal toy. I remember Dave Walling saying someone had it. I think it was the guy who sorted out the GB tour. Sadly I missed out on the new toy, I was out of town in a hotel trying to use my phone - but it crashed!

So check out what came in the mail today!! So stoked on these!! Now the question, these came with the original bags, opened (the ones that came with them that is. All but the clear red, and of course green and rev 25 ones have their own boxes). Should i display them, or put them away out of the light? At this point I'm leaning more to display them, i mean that is what they are designed for, what do you guys think?

My mate found a way to keep them in the original bags AND have them displayed (shitty b/w photo from his fb but you should get the idea) Attachments:

Those toys look great Regan. I'm not sure what the deal is lighting if it will discolour the toy. Mine are sitting in a box, as we got a new kitten this last weekend.
Who owns those other GB toys Dobek?

Ah these are sick. I only had the green one and sold it to some German to help me pay for going to the CA Rev25 shows.

Low those cases, they look really nice. But still worried about light on them, not sure how they would hold up.
Anyways I was wondering if any of you guys know the order that the toys/figures were realised? I know roughly when some came out but most I have no idea. Any one know what one is what 'press'?

About the light...if these were my toys... I'd box them all up in the dark except for one, and wrap something thick around it, except for the bottom of his feet. Then put Mr Monkey in direct sunlight, and see if his footsoles get lighter after a week, a month, whatever length of time you need to lose your concerns.
If it gets lighter after a while, then no terrible damage is done (you don't see it when he stands upright), and you'll know the long term effect on the whole monkey army.
Silly collectors....

@regan
I wouldn't worry too much about the GB toys fading. I have a few and I keep them on a shelf so I can see them. They are placed away from direct sunlight though. I read that clear toys may be susceptible to sunlight and discolor over time, but I don't have that one myself...

Why would anyone let the sunlight into their room? My blinds are shut 24/7 as they should be. Fuck the sun.

jesus christ you nerds, whats the point in getting them if you aren't going to display them? Be sensible and keep them out of direct light and there won't be a problem. Its a plastic figure not a 2000 year old artifact that you've dug up from the ground!!
