So at the weekend I met geoff in real life. And it then made me wonder how many other people on this board I have met.
It's a wonder I've met anyone at all given that I never travel, but after a quick count I have met the following:

I remember my first ever email exchange with Marcus. I either traded for something or sold(?) him the BETA MINUS MECHANIC / HOLDEN 7" on, I think, blue or grey vinyl. It was probably late 90s/early 00s In the emails that followed I asked Marcus if by any chance he happened to have the Hardball 7", which I was looking for at that time, to which he replied: "I used to have it but got rid of it due to it being shit." Word for word. Edit: I just got a message from Marcus telling me that I actually got the Beta 7" from him haha

As for people who I've met, other than Marcus, I think, Lins, Lecky, Rafal and Dave.
And I think all of them, except for Soft Hair Dave, I've met long before this board existed.
Due to my unfortunate location I'm in a bit of a Crusoenian position when it comes to meeting people.

Lins, Marcus (Chung king 48) and Lecky because they're fellow Brits and I've known them for many many moons. Think I spoke to Dave SFU at a Blacklisted show in Manchester but it was only for a second while I bought a record off him. Everyone else just exists on the internet for now.

I'm on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I have only ever met one person on the board.
@leighxdrugfree is the only person on this board who can verify that I am indeed a real person. Or maybe I'm not. Maybe I am just a manifestation of Leigh's subconscious, à la Fight Club. A way for Leigh to splurge on records he cannot justify paying high prices for... Or maybe I just don't travel much.
