It’s not me. But I know the guy from years back. He had some awesome New Age tests 15 years or so ago. Did some good deals with him. He is the cousin of a guy he was selling stuff for. And here’s the good part: the last name of that guy it ‘Ferry’.

I use small stickers and just hand write (I love my own handwriting ) with bandname, cat#, which press, what year, what color and pressing number). I have been using this system for about 30 years now. It works like a charm and I am happy about.

Seriously, this is an important issue. I have a friend who will be in charge of my records. He will sell everything and the money goes to my kids.

Chung King #104 for sale!
I am looking to sell my Chung King. Like many before me: I don't want to let it go, but there are some serious bills to pay right now. Since I need the money now, no trades and no monthly payments. I am located in the Netherlands. Pick up is always cool. I have pictures, so email me at xthreesomex@gmail.com if you are seriously interested. Please inform yourself on how much the last CK went for and then I'll tell you my price is 5500$ right now.
Dobek said this about it a while ago: "If you're a completist, which you should be, this is the (sort of limited to 10 version of the) Chung King #104. Jacket is in a decent nick. Corner crease and some yellowing along the edges. 8/10 Vinyl is in top shape - by the look of it as I haven't played it. 9/10 Insert is crinckled and has pinholes in each corner. I tried to show them in a scan but they're not really all that visible. 6/10"
Who dares wins...

Did you hear the rumors of their singer. Something with girls and stuff... This makes me dislike hardcore in general.

Most important (for me): be patient! In the end it'll work out... Sometimes it takes more that 17 years to find a record

Then my memory is worse than I anticipated It reminds me of the time when you said you stage dived at a Youth Of Today show at CBGB in 1989, but then you checked your diary and it turned out that you actually laid on your sofa watching New Kids On The Block on TV. I love this board so much!!! If we could all get together and drink beers and smoke pot and talk about records... Awesome. Bbq with some racks of meat...

Question about the first press, with googling I come accross the number 109 pressed for the clear vinyl, a few times. and also that the first press in total was 500 copies (so including black). I somehow doubt these numbers, because Mike did press colors, but like 500 copies at the time. And thinking that vinyl was hot these days, pressings of 500 were unheard of. even the smaller bands who did their own releases pressed a 1000 minimum. My guess, also thinking of Mike that he pressed 3000 copies at once for several records, that the first press were 3000 copies. 500 on clear.
What do you think....
And what about the story that some colors of these earlier New Age records, were not first presses but came later on...
