I haven't spoken to him in about 2 years, but from the sounds of it he had (has) an amazing collection. Pretty sure I've seen pictures from the room that they're stored in and it was intense. Wasn't his room, weren't his picture(s).

I can understand that things can happen, but don't understand that you totally don't send any reply on several emails, and the strange stories and explanations makes it so a short of "grey area" that it is so hard to believe or understand things afterall. I surely hope he will answer me back soon, and hope all is fine with him and his family. so perhaps if he reads this please email me seb.: xfoundxyoux@yahoo.com or if someone is in contact with him at the moment perhaps you could ask him to email me. jeff xXx

The one on TL (it was a basement with racks and racks of shelves) was 100% not his. I have been trying to find the webpage it was from. I traded with Seb twice, with no problems. However, he did send me a pic of a Misfits record that actually belonged to a collector in NYC. I have had some trustworthy people tell me some things that make me say if you are going to make the trade, have him send first.

Just found this board so apologies for the late reply, but I'll put in another vote for "be careful with this dude". My experience was much like Troy's, except minus any gift to make up for it .
Story: Seb and I had made numerous trades over the years, including pretty large trades (e.g., Infest test presses, UC LPs on color, etc.). We began discussing a new trade proposal over a LONG period of time (like 6-8 months), and I picked up about $1k of records for Seb from his want list. I sent my end of the trade, and then didn't hear much of anything for about 6-8 months except for the occasional "Sorry, I still have everything and have been really busy but I'm sending it out now." In the meantime he had posted several pics of collections including records I had sent to him for the trade.
Finally, about 10 months after I sent the records, he claimed he had everything packed up and shipped, and then invented a story about the package getting lost in the mail even though someone had "signed for it according to the tracking number". He would never send me the tracking number, though, and overall seemed not too concerned about it even though it was supposedly about $1k of records.
After not answering my emails asking for a tracking number, he stopped responding to my e-mails entirely. Finally I just got a package with the records I had originally sent to him. In the end, Seb had the records for OVER A YEAR before I finally got them back. To top it all off, some of the records came back in worse shape than I had sent them in, which was awesome.
All in all, a really terrible way to end what had been a pretty good trading partnership. I'd proceed with caution with this dude.

I have recently organized to buy some records off Seb, so far no problems at all, I will give you all an update one I receive the records, but I'm honestly not worried at all.

I'm sure it'll be fine, sales don't seem to be an issue w/ Seb and in the end I think he's an honest guy. He just happened to make a few questionable moves w/ trades in the past. I'm sure there are tons of records he still has that I need, so more power to anyone buying from him!
